Description: Goat polyclonal antibody to ALIX. Programmed cell death 6 interacting protein (ALIX) functions within the ESCRT pathway in cytokinesis, apoptosis and maintenance of tight junction integrity, membrane repair, intralumenal endosomal vesicle formation and budding of virus.Alternative names: AIP1, DRIP4, HP95, PDCD6IP, programmed cell death 6 interacting protein antibody.

Form: Polyclonal antibody supplied as a 100 µl (2 mg/ml) aliquot in PBS, 20% glycerol and 0.05% sodium azide. This antibody is epitope-affinity purified from goat antiserum.

Immunogen: Peptide derived from within residues 840 aa to the C-terminus of human ALIX.
